Eligibility for Refunds:

• Our refund policy lasts 20 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 20 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided to process the return.

Non-Refundable Items:

If the products are not in the original condition then refund will be rejected.

Process for Refunds:

2. Approval: Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

3. Return Shipping: If approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed and the amount will be credited back to your bank account within 7-10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
